This weeks challenge at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge is all about the boy! This can be a card or project for any boy for any reason - birthday, thinking of you, congratulations, get well. The Design Team have come up with amazing projects as always and I do hope you get a chance to visit their blogs and leave them some love!
My card is kind of an open card, so that I can add a sentiment to the inside when I need to use it. I had this cross stitched image that I did a while ago, and thought that it would look nice on a card. I just cut the oval in the card front with my Coluzzle cutter, taped the stitched doggie in and covered the back with a matching sheet of Creamy Caramel cardstock. I kept the card pretty simple, as it's for a boy and they aren't much into the "bling and flowers" so I just added a cute sentiment and a nice ribbon. I like simple cards, they make me smile! I hope that you like it as well!

Great job, Dee! Men don't care about foofy cards. My DH says most of them end up (gasp) in the trash anyways...LOL! But I love yours!

Heather, (Toothy) I did do the cross stitching myself, it was a kit that I found in the clearance bin. Before I discovered paper, my Mom taught me how to cross stitch, I used to do a lot of it.. now paper has taken over my world!!

What a wonderful card...I used to cross stitch...my bff still does... cross stitching was my very first introduction to crafts (and my where it took me! LOL)...fantastic card, I just love it. TFS!
