She's just a cutie!  I used some metallic colored pencils that I've had forever because I wanted a softer, sketchier look to her and I think it goes well with the soft purple paper and ribbon.  A little sparkle to glam it up just a bit and I've got a great card for my "birthday box" that I hope to add to throughout the year.  I don't know about you, but I never seem to have a birthday card handy when I need one, so I am hoping to make an assortment of birthday cards and keep them together in a box so that I can easily find one when I need it!
