My daughter loves strawberry milk. She used to call it "Pink Milk". Needless to say, we have A LOT of Nestle Quik containers kicking about the house. So, one day, I glued some paper onto one, put some stickers on the top that spell "Markers" and that's what I keep my extra Copics, blender pens, journaling pens, etc in. It's super basic! My Mom liked this idea and asked if I could save her a container. Sure, I've got enough, right? So, I called her the other day to tell her that I had one for her, and she asked if I would alter it for her. Her only request was that I use paper to match the yellow container, which is logical, I guess!
Well, here it is - I sure hope she likes it! It definitely looks a lot better than mine!
The paper had a wonderful glittery design, so I went out today to find some gold glittery letters to spell her name and the "pens" on the top. I also added some ribbon, with those adorable little stick pins. I dabbed a little bit of gold stickles onto the pins, to tie in the gold glitter everywhere else.
(pay no attention to my card reader... I couldn't get the top to stand up without bracing it with something!!)
So, we'll see how Mom likes it!

Wow, what a great way to alter a nesquik tub.

Great idea! Your daughter's not alone, I loved Strawberry Quick when I was a little girl. I haven't had it in years...may have to go buy a box...
