HI! Here's a card to share that I made a while ago for my Bestie! I moved across the country a year ago and I miss her!
I found this cute stamp set at a local stamp expo and knew I had to get it! I love Sherlock! The stamp is from Katzelkraft Stamps and I colored it with markers. I added the Stampin' Up Large Letters die and a small "you" sentiment that I had on hand.
I had fun putting this one together and thinking of all the fun crafty time my Bestie and I used to spend together! Can't wait to see her again this summer!
<3 p="">Have an amazing crafty day!3>

Time to start sharing again!
HI there, friends!! Today, I went up to my craft room to put some stuff that I bought away, and decided to play a little bit while I was there! Right now I'm mostly in organization mode, since we moved about a year ago and I'm still putting my "studio" together. Most of my supplies are in storage, so I'm limited with what I have to play with.
I just got this new Stampin' Up! set and dies from Sale-A-Bration, So Hoppy Together (I love frogs!) . I used Distress Inks for a blended background with the paddle style make-up brushes. I really like how they blend together. I also just got the Lawn Fawn Reversed Scallop Stitched Circle die and love it! I used the Spellbinders Expressions die and stamp set for the sentiments. For the word "friend" I die cut it out of toner paper and ran it through my Minc with green foil.
I love how this card turned out!

Donut Worry, Be Happy!
Hello friends!
It's nearly the last day of the month and I'm so excited to share with you my September Kit of the Month cards from Kristy's Bloomin' Journey and Fun Stampers Journey!
This month's stamp set was so fun to use and I just love all the great donut stamps! I know this one will come out again to be used in my everyday crafting fun!
Just look at these fun colors and that adorable paper clip!
These stacked up donuts are just adorable! I love masking images, but it's something I don't do very often. I love that the kit of the month always shows a new technique, or reminds me of a technique that I love!
Oh! I was so distracted by the delicious donuts that I forgot the adorable glass of milk!! How cute is that?
I think this one might just be my favorite! I love the colors and I used some glitter glue to create cute sparkley sprinkles for my donut!
Such a fun and yummy stamp set! Thanks Fun Stampers Journey!
And thank you for stopping by to visit!
See you again soon!

Fun Stampers Journey KOTM - Card 4
Hello friends!!
I'm back to share with you the Kit Of The Month for August from Fun Stampers Journey!
Here is a preview of all 4 cards featured in the kit this month:
Time now to show you the last fun card in this months kit. This is a smaller card, it's 4"x4" but packed full of cute! All the papers were pre-cut for me and the pierced paper was also pre-done. The orange chevrons were die cut and ready to adhere. The kit included all of the twine, the dots and the mini clothespin, too! All I had to add was a touch of Sweet Pear ink on an acrylic block to create a background effect on the main circle and Journey Glaze that covers the backpack.
Hurry and sign up for your kit today! Visit my friend Kristy to join the fun!
We also have a lot of fun in our Facebook Group
Thanks for stopping by!
That's the last card that was included in the kit, but check back and see if I create some more fun cards using this great stamp set!

Dee

Here is a preview of all 4 cards featured in the kit this month:
Here is the 3rd card that I created with this super fun kit.
This card kit came with the cute patterned paper and pre-cut tags to create the fun background. Also included was the die-cut bow pieces that were ready to put together. I colored the stylish purse with markers and also used my markers to color the included rhinestones orange for a pop of color. I spritzed on some Silver Silk (not included in kit) and viola! All done!
Hurry and sign up for your kit today! Visit my friend Kristy to join the fun!

Hello friends!!
I'm excited to continue to share with you the Kit Of The Month for August from Fun Stampers Journey!
Here is a preview of all 4 cards featured in the kit this month:
The second card that I did was this one with the fun striped purse. I love the happy orange flower that was included with this kit. The papers, as always were pre-cut for me and the background cardstock was already embossed as well! The only addition I made to this card was a few splatters of Citrus Cooler Silk and Silver Silk (not included in kit).

Fun Stampers Journey August KOTM
Hello friends!!
I'm excited to share with you the Kit Of The Month for August from Fun Stampers Journey!
Here is a preview of all 4 cards featured in the kit this month:
Aren't those cute? I love these cute bags with their clever sentiments!
So, today I will share with you the first card that I put together, and you can check back in a few days to see the next one. I'll post each card throughout the rest of August, so you can read the details about each one.
The first one I did was this cute multi-colored bag. The kit comes with all the pre-cut papers. The directions led me to add some deeper cuts to the feathers for dimension. The purse, though it looks colored with markers, is actually paper-pieced together! So cute! It's also coated with Journey Glaze and splattered with some Citrus Cooler silk (not provided in the kit). This card was simple to put together and I love the colors!
Hurry and sign up for your kit today! Visit my friend Kristy to join the fun!
We also have a lot of fun in our Facebook Group
Thanks for stopping by!
Come back in a few days to see the 2nd card in this months kit!

ATC Swaps - Theme: Body Parts
Hi all! I thought I'd share a few photos from my latest crafting adventure.
I'm participating in an ATC Swap this month and the theme is "Body Parts"... hmm...
So, I have been wanting this particular Legs stamp set from Dylusions by Dyan Reaveley for a while now and this was the perfect excuse to go ahead and buy it! I got it in the mail today and couldn't wait to ink it up! With the help of my MISTI, I got great dark black images.
The idea in my head was a polaroid photo featuring the body parts. A pack of flowers jumped into my cart at the craft store today, so I already had the colors in mind, that made picking the paper pretty easy. I did start by stamping the legs on plain white cardstock, but thought it looked too bland, so I tried again using patterned paper.
Then, I decided that it needed a sentiment down in that blank white corner. So, I stamped up a simple "Wow!" and cut it out to see what it looked like. I liked it, so I actually stamped it directly onto the polaroid frame on each card.
Then, I decided since I had 8 great leg stamps to choose from that I would use a few of them on the set and mix up the colors a bit. I ended up using 5 different legs.
Once all the legs were colored and the layers glued down, I thought they looked great.. but they might be missing a little something. So I added a strip of bling to the top.
And DONE! I'm really thrilled with this set of cards, and I hate to part with them for the swap! But, I'm also excited to see what everyone else came up with for "Body Parts"!
Hope you enjoyed a short trip through my crafting process!
Thanks for stopping by!

Rainbow Thank Yous
Hi!
Here are a pair of simply cute cards that I made.
I don't think that I've mentioned yet, but I bought the MISTI a few months ago and have been having a great time playing with it! It's about the only way I stamp now! Check it out!
http://www.mysweetpetunia.com/articles.asp?id=253
For these cards, I used the Work of Art stamp set and created a rainbow chevron design. When you see how the MISTI works, you'll see how easy it is to line designs up like this one! It's perfect every time!
I did one in purple...
...and another one in red.
Fun, quick, easy and cute! I love these cards!
Hope you like them too!

You Brighten My Day
Hello Friends!
Just wanted to share a quick card that I made with some new stamps and washi tape.
Instead of coloring the lightbulb, I used a color swish from the Work of Art stamp set which added a nice glow. Then I added another, longer color swish from the same set. A few fun stars and a touch of washi and viola! I really like how this turned out!

Fun Stampers Journey Kit of the Month - June 2015
Hello!
So, my apologies that this post is late, there was a little confusion with the new catalog and new website and Kit of the Month subscriptions, so my kit was a bit late getting to me... but here it is for you to enjoy!
This month's kit has an extra special fun touch - using your own photos!!
How much fun!!
Here are all 4 cards that I've made so far:
The first card I did uses a photo that I took on my recent trip to Maui. I absolutely adore the cute sunglass element that was included in the kit!
The second card I did uses a photo that I love of my little guy from a month or so ago. He was blowing me kisses over a hot dog at Costco! LOL! Even though the elements that came with the kit were pink, I think they still look great with the photo of my boy! Pink for Love, right?
This third card doesn't use a photo, but the sentiment is so much fun! The circle piercing was pre-done for me, making this card so easy to put together! This one uses 2 of the new colors of Silk from the new catalog - Pink Bubble Gum and Cool Pool Silk (although, I couldn't order the Cool Pool Silk because it sold out so fast, but I had something close that I used until I get my next order placed.)
Here's the last card, so glittery and sparkley and fun! Lots of Journey Glaze on this one and I love the great new embossing folder! The embossing and piercing were both pre-done for me!
Another month of FUN cards using the Fun Stampers Journey Kit of the Month!
If you haven't signed up for your Kits yet, go visit www.funstampersjourney.com/96 to get started! You can also join us at Kristy's Bloomin' Journey on Facebook for great ideas and inspiration!
Thanks so much!
