Stationary Box Class

Designed by Sprytebyrd on Wednesday, February 04, 2009
Hi! I went to a class at my local scrapbook store, Scrap Happens last night! Yay, so fun! I thought I'd share photos of what I made!
This is a stationary box, made only of cardstock and patterned paper! Well, some ribbon, buttons and adhesives as well, of course!
Here's a photo of what it looks like when it's open and it's contents. It has 5 standard cards that say Joyful, 5 envelopes, 5 3x3inch cards, 5 tags a notepad, a pen and a book of stamps!

And, because I liked it so much, I bought more paper and cardstock so that I could try to make another one! I got birthday themed paper, so that I could make one for someone's birthday and it will have birthday cards in it!

On a side note, I used the Cricut (electronic die cutting system) last night for the very first time! I have been trying so hard to avoid it, because I didn't want to see how cool it really is! Well, it's really cool! So, yes, add that one to my wish list! The owner of my scrapbook store actually said that she is going to lower her price soon, too! Whoo Hoo! I think it will still have to wait... a long while! It was fun, though! At least I know that if I ever need to use it again, all I have to do is run down to the store and use theirs! :o)

I hope you enjoy my project as much as I did! Have a wonderful, creative day!
